Again, let me help to alleviate your fears. You are looking in the RIGHT place to get answers and a solution for your foot or ankle pain.
Some of the most common foot or ankle problems I see include:
Plantar fasciitis, heel spurs, bunions, ankle sprains, and flat feet among others
The GOOD NEWS IS…..all of these conditions can be treated SUCCESSFULLY. (Most without ever having to take another pill or see your doctor).
Did you know that your choice of footwear can either help or harm your condition?….
It is true….don’t let your footwear impact how your feet feel anymore.
Foot or ankle pain can be a very serious issue that can limit your ability walk comfortably. Tell me, how great does the rest of your body feel when your feet hurt? Chances are not good….So, it is time to take care of your feet.
Plus, if you walk around limping for long enough, some other body part (knee, hip, back) may begin to hurt as well.
If you are WORRIED that your foot or ankle pain is getting worse, that there is no end in sight, feel like you have been let down by others in the health profession, are skeptical of others claiming to help you…
Then I am here to help you
Let me make it clear that I am not like any other professional who has ever tried to help you. I take the time to listen to my patients, fully understand their problem, and my advice is not general- it is very specific and meaningful to the patient and their problem.
If you have been SUFFERING for more than 2 weeks with foot or ankle pain…now is the time to address it.
Do NOT just continue to wait and see or follow only general advice from your PCP, friend or internet. Chances are it will not help.
Maybe it does not hurt as much, but are you able to do everything again? How long are you willing to deal with nagging, debilitating foot or ankle pain? Aren’t you tired of limping around in pain yet?
There is no need to continue to just live with pain. Help is available to you and it does not have to include harmful medications, injections, imaging, or surgery. Medications really can be harmful to your health (even can cause DEATH) and have more side effects than simple exercise.
I am sure you are someone looking for a more natural solution, not just a band aide so that this painful foot or ankle pain does not come back. If that is the case but you are just not sure of the next step..then you now have several options
I struggled with horrible plantar fasciitis for about 6 months. After it did not go away, I went to a podiatrist who got me a pair of orthotics. I paid $300 for them and they only made my foot hurt worse. Getting out of bed in the morning was excruciating. A friend recommended I go see Andrew Zang. I waited another 2 months because I was unsure if this guy could really help me. My first visit he spoke to me like he knew everything that was bothering me and had a plan to help me get back to hiking again. Better yet, I had his full-undivided attention as he only treats 1 person at a time. Interestingly about a third of the treatment did not even involve my foot. Amazingly my foot pain started to decrease. Together we developed a walking plan to condition my foot again to be able to hike. In short order, I was back on the trails again very pleased that my foot no longer hurts. – Gary M.
I was unable to run due to this pain in my big toe. The doctor told me I could have surgery and it might help, but I was training for the NYC marathon and did not want surgery. Dr. Andrew worked to increase the mobility of the toe and showed me how to stretch it out on my own. I am pleased that I was able to accomplish my goal of running and completing the marathon even though it did start to hurt after mile 20. The good news is that now the toe is more mobile and feels fine so long as I don’t run more than 15 miles, which is something I can live with. – Luiz R
