Did you just wake up with neck pain

Did you ever just wake up with neck pain? And now you are having trouble turning your head and functioning. This is an all-too-common story told by people with neck pain. Often when questioned, many cannot think of anything that caused their pain. Some will say they probably slept funny, but most are not sure.

The answer most often is found in what they did a day or two prior. Chances are the person did something straining to either their neck or surrounding muscles that took time to fully show itself.
