A physical therapist can monitor your strength, flexibility, mobility, and function, and develop a plan to keep your body feeling strong. You need not wait for an injury or worse yet a surgery to seek out care from a physical therapist.

And the good news is in most cases you can come directly to a physical therapist without needing a doctor’s referral.
